The location is ideal, providing easy access to various attractions. Staff members were notably welcoming and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. However, the room showed signs of age, with loose hinges and noticeable wear. Maintenance of the amenities may need attention, as they were good but not exceptional. The food, particularly the French bread, was a highlight during my stay.

Great location for Mardi Gras fun!
We spent 14 nights here and loved how close it was to everything. The staff was mostly friendly and the communal areas were lovely to relax in after the festivities. Only bummer was the valet service. we had to wait too long for our car sometimes. The bar was a nice spot to chill and grab a drink, though!

Perfect location for Mardi Gras festivities!
I recently stayed for 1 night and loved the convenient location of the hotel, right by the Mardi Gras parades. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our experience even better. The room was spacious, and I appreciated that they accommodated our early arrival by allowing us to drop off our luggage ahead of time. However, the air conditioning could use an upgrade as it took a while to cool down.
